Shipping & Return Policies

Processing & Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. The processing time is between 5-7 business days after you've placed your order. Once an email address is provided, customer will receive a tracking number via email. All orders are primarily shipped from Atlanta, GA via USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via one of those carriers.

Shipping Rate 

​USPS & UPS shipping rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. The weight of your order will determine whether your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

​Serenity Glow Candle Co.  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to invalid address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees to reship the package. Please make sure to double check the "Shipping" address before placing your order on our website.

Damaged Packages 

​Each order is shipped with insurance coverage via USPS or UPS. While we are not responsible for USPS/UPS handling of packages, we will be happy to help remedy the situation and replace your damaged item. We will file a claim with USPS and/or UPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages.

Please email a photo of the damaged unused product and order number to serenityglowco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to show the extent of the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event you are unhappy with your Serenity Glow Candle contact our Customer Care team at serenityglowco@gmail.com. Currently, we are unable to offer returns/refunds. all.

We pride ourselves in our impeccable customer service. If you have any concerns after your purchase, please promptly contact us within 7 days of your product delivery date via serenityglowc@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure that you are able to immediately retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered or that it is shipped to a secure location. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, miss-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information, we are happy to assist if after contacting the carrier does not result in a resolution. Please email your order number and concerns to serenityglowco@gmail.com.

 

ABOUT YOUR CHANDLER

The creator of magnificent scents that evoke relaxation, serenity, and inspiration. A creator of hope. I am Jessica Edwards, the Founder and Creator of Serenity Glow Candle Co. 

While working diligently to advance my career, I realized that my days were becoming routine and I could not help but to feel like I could be doing more, more for myself personally. 

After some soul searching about what I would like to do, I stumbled upon an article about candle making and I decided to teach myself. In July 2020, I bought a small candle-making DIY kit. I was immediately fascinated as I poured the melted wax to make my first candle. At that moment, my passion for creating scented candles was ignited.

In February 2021, Serenity Glow Candle Co. was birthed as a home fragrance and lifestyle brand with rich, divine scents. Serenity Glow was born out of the desire for self-fulfillment, purpose, and hope. 

The name Serenity Glow is inspired by the relaxation and serenity you feel from the glow and divine scent from each candle that you burn, while the candle names are inspired by self-care, self-love, and positive affirmations.

Being an entrepreneur has always been one of my goals, but finding my purpose and passion has always been my ultimate quest. I am grateful for this journey as I continue to learn, grow, and create. 

All candles are hand-poured in my home-based studio using sustainable soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils infused with essential oils. I pride myself on detailed craftsmanship, timely production, affordable prices and elite customer service.
