WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the order.  A tracking number will be sent to you via email.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order, order details, and shipping information. Once your order have been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to all 50 stated in the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally, but are working to expand!

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No refunds on any of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email, and we will work with you to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that any candle or wax melt that have been burned will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or credit. Please complete our contact form on the Contact Page for all concerns.

WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

As our candles and wax melts are made with pure soy wax, they have a long lasting shelf-life. We recommend burning your candle within a year of purchase.

CAN I REPURPOSE MY CANDLE JAR?

Yes; hence, the reason for the use of our reusable candle jars! You can clean the remaining wax out of the tin or jar by adding warm water, particularly once there is only 1/4 cold wax left. Wipe out the remaining wax with a cloth or napkin. Our tins and jars can be re-purposed to hold coins, a mini plant, small office supplies, and other creative ways.

WHY CAN I ONLY BURN MY CANDLE FOUR HOURS AT A TIME?

Carbon will collect on the wick, and your wick will begin to "mushroom" if you burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. This can cause the wick to become unstable, experience a large flame, smoke, and soot, which will be released into the air and around your candle vessel. Burning your candle for more than four hours can also cause the vessel to overheat and crack.

WHY DO SOME OF MY CANDLES APPEAR WHITE IN COLOR AND OTHERS HAVE A SLIGHT TINT TO THEM?

Some of the oils used to scent the candles are dark in color; therefore, the soy wax will sometimes have hues of brown, yellow, orange, etc. Note that the cotton wick of the candle may also absorb the oil which will cause the wick to appear light brown or yellow in color.

The creator of magnificent scents that evoke relaxation, serenity, and inspiration. A creator of hope. I am Jessica Edwards, the Founder and Creator of Serenity Glow Candle Co. 

While working diligently to advance my career, I realized that my days were becoming routine and I could not help but to feel like I could be doing more, more for myself personally. 

After some soul searching about what I would like to do, I stumbled upon an article about candle making and I decided to teach myself. In July 2020, I bought a small candle-making DIY kit. I was immediately fascinated as I poured the melted wax to make my first candle. At that moment, my passion for creating scented candles was ignited.

In February 2021, Serenity Glow Candle Co. was birthed as a home fragrance and lifestyle brand with rich, divine scents. Serenity Glow was born out of the desire for self-fulfillment, purpose, and hope. 

The name Serenity Glow is inspired by the relaxation and serenity you feel from the glow and divine scent from each candle that you burn, while the candle names are inspired by self-care, self-love, and positive affirmations.

Being an entrepreneur has always been one of my goals, but finding my purpose and passion has always been my ultimate quest. I am grateful for this journey as I continue to learn, grow, and create. 

All candles are hand-poured in my home-based studio using sustainable soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils infused with essential oils. I pride myself on detailed craftsmanship, timely production, affordable prices and elite customer service.
